EDIT Media is excited to launch its newest publication, the Student 7: A Guide to Getting the Most Out of Your Media Production Education. A companion document to the EDIT 10, this guide is for sharing with students as a means for opening up discussions about collaboration, equity, and inclusive learning, and each student’s role in those goals. Use it as a handy tool throughout the semester to remind students of the goals of inclusion in the classroom – and simply to help students break out of their comfort zones and become better makers of media.
The Student 7 was written by three faculty members with contributions from a graduate student, Mitra I. Arthur, and two recent graduates, Afaf Humayun and Jenna Kroepel.
